Please allow up to 3 weeks (maximum) for us to work our magic, hand-printing and sending out your extraordinary goodies. Why the wait? Well, we believe in reducing our carbon footprint and making our planet greener and safer, one carefully crafted item at a time!
Psst! Since each item is specially made for you, we hope that you love your item. However you may return it within 14 days of recieving it. Please try and make sure the item is the right size before purchase as returns do cost small businesses greatly.
SHIPPING:
When it comes to shipping, we've got you covered. All orders will be whisked away by the trusty Royal Mail in the U.K. We offer a range of options for you to choose from:
Standard Delivery for £3.95 (please note, we can't take responsibility for lost items beyond £20 in value)
Signed for Delivery for £4.50.
Europe tracked shipping starting at £10 (price calculated based on order weight)
Rest of the World shipping starting at £16 (price calculated based on order weight).
International orders take a small detour via the U.K.'s Royal Mail before finding their way to your country's national postal service for final delivery.
Oh, and here's a little secret: Please ensure your address is written correctly. We wouldn't want your treasures to embark on an unexpected journey back to us due to a tiny labeling mishap. If they do boomerang back, we'll gladly send them on their way again, but you'll need to cover the postage cost. Also, if you're an international explorer, make sure that address is in the correct format to avoid any intergalactic mix-ups.
Hey, we want you to be over the moon with your order! If you spot any glitches within 7 days of delivery, let us know right away. Just remember, the item must be unworn and in tip-top sellable condition. We'll process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. Oh, and one more thing—please don't send your item back after 28 days, as we won't be able to work our refund magic anymore.
